Characteristics of high efficiency dust removal and suppression system
1、 Fine: high pressure, small fog diameter particles, only 10-15 μ m, high dust removal efficiency;
Two, stable: large volume of spray, adjustable, long-term use and easy maintenance;
3、 Intelligent: equipped with automatic intelligent control system, can be divided into regional control, no need for personnel operation;
4、 Large: large use area, large dust removal area;
5、 Fine: the water mist particles are fine, and the weight gain ratio to material humidity is 0.02% - 0.05%, which can be ignored. Dense fog pool is formed at the dust suppression point, and there is no calorific value loss of material (coal);
Working principle of high efficiency dust removal and dust suppression
The initial theory of high efficiency dust removal and dust suppression is based on a joint study of the University of Waterloo in Canada and the Colorado Institute of mining in the United States. Its main content is: when the size of water mist particles is similar to that of dust particles, the probability of adsorption, filtration and condensation is high. As the theoretical basis of hydrodynamics, the ultra-high pressure micro fog dust suppression system was developed.
High efficiency dust removal and dust suppression device system directly pressurizes water (80 ~ 150kg / cm3) to produce water mist particles with a diameter of 1 ~ 10 μ m, which can adsorb and agglomerate the dust suspended in the air, especially the inhalable dust particles with the diameter of 5 ~ 10 μ m, and settle under the action of gravity, so as to achieve the dust suppression effect.
The high efficiency dust removal and dust suppression equipment is connected with infrared ray to realize automatic spray function. The infrared sensor is installed in the laneway on both sides of the spray site to form two infrared detection lines. When there is no personnel passing, the continuous spray or stage spray is set up (set at the stage of spraying, manually setting the time of spray operation and the duration of single spray operation). When a person passes, the spray can be stopped automatically. After a period of time, the personnel can start the spray operation again according to the actual needs. A manual control button is provided at the same time, and the power supply of the spray device can be completely cut off without spraying.
Experimental analysis of high efficiency dust removal and dust suppression
When the diameter of water droplet is larger than that of dust particle, the dust only follows the airflow around the water droplet, and the water droplet has little or no chance to contact with the dust particle, so the dust suppression effect can not be achieved. If the size of droplets and dust particles are close, the surface tension of water will be reduced, and dust particles and droplets will easily collide and bond together. As the droplet size becomes smaller and smaller, the probability of condensation is increasing, and the "filtering" effect of water mist on dust is formed.
High efficiency dust removal and dust suppression system directly pressurizes water to 80-150kg / cm3. Under the action of ultra-high pressure, water is ejected from the equipment in the form of micro mist (water mist particles with diameter < 10 μ m). When the size of water mist particles and dust particles are equal, the water mist particles and dust particles are easy to agglomerate and begin to settle under the action of gravity, and then fall to the ground.
When a large number of small water droplets form a fog group, completely covering the dust point, it will achieve a very good dust suppression effect. The micro fog dust suppression system uses ultra-high pressure to atomize water mist below 10 μ m, forming a fog mass above the dust starting point and completely covering the dust starting point. In this way, when the material is dusting, the dust completely enters into the fog mass, fully combines with the water mist, and gradually increases, falling to the ground under the action of gravity.
